You cannot produce if you are not healthy

I have not been sleeping well for the past year. That’s because of my work. I am an educator. It means that I teach, I conduct exams, I check exams, I plan, I check plans, I change plans and I work on the weekends. Not really enjoyable unless you love to educate others.

Thus, I have been lacking sleep. I noticed that when I sleep less than 7 hours for more than one day in a row I get some unpleasant symptoms like headache, moodiness…
